Possibly our problem in a nutshell. Our inflammation resolving switch is
not turned on. Why it is just us and not everyone on a western diet,I would love to figure out. Perhaps we have
killed off lipoxin expressing bacteria in the gut,who knows.
There seems to be two choices with IBD,suppress inflammation or resolve inflammation.
I choose to resolve inflammation. Trying to get it to work is another story.
