resolving colitis

Dr. said i have some small ulcers on ileocecal valve, he said resolving colitis. How do they know its resolving and do you have to treat it, he said no, my ibd is mild.

The ulcers look different if they are healing. Treatment isn't always necessary if mild and you have no symptoms as you may not have another flare for many years. If problems recurred then the plan may change.
