Rinvoq

We started Rinvoq for my son about two weeks ago for his crohn's. We've not seen improvements yet. I heard it takes about 3 month to work. Also l, we notice some time residue in his poops. Has any one tried Rinvoq? How long does it take to see Rinvoq work?

I just had a consultation with my doctor and we discussed options if my current treatment stops working. He mentioned Rinvoq and was very enthusiastic about having this option in the future. Apparently the drug will become available in Canada later this year (for Crohn's). He mentioned how it is simpler to administer and change dosage comparing to traditional biologics.

How does it work for your son? Do you see improvement now after few months?

I am currently on Rinvoq as well. What do you mean by "residues in his poops". Would you be able to elaborate on its appearance? I have pills coming out of my ileostomy/stool (prior to getting my ileostomy) and would like to see what your "residues" look like because I have not been able to find many who are on rinvoq
