For years I couldn't eat a salad. It would run straight through my gut faster than Ex-Lax. However since I started taking CBD my system now tolerates leafy green vegetables. It is a miracle.
You can also melt cannabutter and add it to oily salad dressings (or use tincture instead of cannabutter, it alters taste a lot less) to deliver some cannabinoids at the same time as the fibers, which is what irritates our bowels so much.
