Hey guys! Looking for some uplifting advice, I have been struggling with scalp psoriasis for a few years now and I'm sick of it. The dermatologist prescribed me clomitazol solution and ketazonole shampoo, other things I've tried is tel coal tar shampoo, coconut oil, teatree oil, selsum blue, apple cider vinegar. I've gotten it to go away once but always come back. I'm loosing hair which I read was temporary but I'm worried it's not. Any advice would be great.

I'm trying not too go on any other oral medications due to my husband and I are trying to conceive. I'm on remicade now and have been on it for about 4 years, my seborrheic dermatitis/psoriasis started just this last year and a half. I really appreciate these responses though. Thank you

I've had scalp psoriasis for 22 years, have done it all. Your prescriptions seem like they are anti-fungal in nature. I know the shampoo for sure is. You need a steroid solution not an anti-fungal. Google Derma Smoothe FS Scalp oil, Luxiq, Olux and Enstilar. These are all topical teatements for psoriasis on the scalp.
