OMG does it feel like a "real" tortilla? I need big time to find a tortilla replacement for my so called gluten free wanna be paleo (fail) diet. I always end up cheating with tortilla... and then once I'Ve cheated with the tortilla I want to keep going and cheat with the cheese and then I mess everything up. >< lol

lol yea it holds really well and is nice and bendy. The fajita was amazing! Just like old times lol. There was a little hint of sweetness. I think I will replace the coconut flour with spinach next time I make them. I'm thinking this will fix that problem and produce a very savory delicious tortilla
