Scd constipation help

What do SCD kids do for constipation?

Does anyone know legal remedies?

We use Magnesium Citrate. It's a vitamin but I don't know if it's aloud on your diet.
Grace struggles with constipation and it works a lot better than most.

I'd try pears or prunes.

DS drinks alot of juice ( sweet potato , carrot mixed with berry)
Plus lots of pears every day

Not sure if it works for scd ???
