Scope prep

Currently going through this as have a colonoscopy in nine hours. You'd think in this day and age there would be an easier less unpleasant and faster way to prep for this. I know none of us are strangers to the bathroom but the last thing we want is more time spent in them. Also how is one supposed to intake all that liquid in such a short amount of time? At the 20 ounce mark my body is done, which still leaves over 40 ounces to go. I know the small bottle of what tasted like pure salt wasn't pleasant but least it went down fairly quick and then you just spent the rest of the night on the loo. This drinking 64 ounces of Gatorade with 238 grams of Miralax in it blows.

Ok, rant over. Man these kindles are handy. Passes the time in the throne room, or at least helps it along.

Preps are horrid. :hug: I'm not sure whether it's worse trying to drink the stuff or having it come out! You'll get through it though. Have some barrier cream handy because all the diarrhoea can make you sore.

I hope your colonoscopy goes wells and provides the results you're hoping for.
