Seasonal Affective Disorder and Crohn's.

I've read a few people possibly linking crohn's to being stressed and occasionally depression and things. And i've realised that every year for the past 3 years between oct-jan, Amongst usually feeling very low and miserable and all the rest of it... i've always had bad flare ups and ended up in hospital.

Does anyone else have any similar experiences? I've spent the last 3 summers feeling great and then towards the end of the year it always seems to come crashing down.
