For about the past 4 years I have dealt with fatigue off and on. I get a b12 shot every 2 weeks.
But about 2 weeks ago I started being nauseated, low grade temp (off and on) and the worst body aches I have ever felt.
I feel like I have the flu without the cold symptoms. Everything hurts... :( I am finding it hard just to make it through the day and do the things I need to... shower, housework, ect.
Has anyone ever had these kind of aches and are they part of a crohns flare?
My Dr. tested me for fibromyalgia but said I didn't have it because I didn't say "Ouch" when he touched me? :/ But he also didn't weigh me or take my temp with a themometer (He felt my forehead with his hand) He's my new family Dr and I don't plan on keeping him, lol.
I'm not scheduled for a GI visit until Jan.
Thanks everyone for responses.

Hi Tonya,

Bummer, I'm sorry you're feeling so achy, that must be miserable :(

Have you by chance had your vitamin D levels checked? Some people in this thread have reported cessation of body aches once they got their levels up and it helps with a variety of other issues as well.

The low grade fever makes me wonder about infection though. Is it possible to get your GI appointment moved up?

And yes, I wouldn't keep that doctor either. Eesh...

Thanks for the link.
Seeing about getting the GI appt. moved up. I've been diagnosed for 10 years and my body has never felt like this.. funny how different symptoms pop up.
I called the "Dr" back and he called me in a presciption to help with the pain.
My GI is a new one also so I can't call her to order me meds...
Hopefully Jan will come quickly and I'll be feeling better.
Thanks again for the link and the reply.
