Severe nausea and bloating

I'm experiencing severe nausea and bloating. I also have an anal access and fistula that has been bother me a lot. Draining large amounts of yellow fluid. Can anyone tell me what may be going on or what to do? Took a zofran and it doesn't seem to be helping with the nausea.

Hi, im sorry your suffering , unfortunately for you iv not had to deal with fistula,s, so cant give direct advice.. but i would suggest getting intouch with your docs, as you need help with this as it does'nt sound right to me.. wishing you well, take care and hopefuly someone more knowledgeable on this subject will be along soon..:ghug:

Hi Crohnsconfused - your small snippet of info sounds awfully a lot like mine. I don't wish it on anyone and hope you feel better very soon. I have 2 drainage Setons from a perianel fistula that continue to produce yellow pus and fluid. Heck even one day it was green! Have you had a swab test done? You may have picked up a secondary bacterial infection such as Staph A or Group G Strap which is what I got dosed up with! Best of luck and hang in there. But do seek a possible bacterial test to rule out that complication. Cheers.

Severe nausea and bloating is worth a call to the doctor at the very least.
If you're unable to drink fluids you should consider a trip to the ER.

Any colon issues may and most likely will cause nausea. Try drinking some coke and go and see your doctor.
