Severely active chronic enteritis

Hi all! Just had a colonoscopy on July 24th and just received the biopsy results. The MRI enterography was normal but the biopsy results revealed severely active chronic enteritis. I have not been on any sort of meds so far due to not finding any active inflammation or disease with other tests. Does anyone have any info or opinions on what meds my doctor may choose to treat me with??? I would greatly appreciate any info so I can be informed on what to discuss with my doctor for treatment options!!!! Thanks in advance! Charleen
