I went to the ER last night; and for once it wasn't for myself! My mom is having left shoulder pain behind her shoulder blade. She got an EKG, to rule out heart attack; CT of the head; and an ultra sound of her liver. Everything came back normal, but we still haven't gotten the results for the ultra sound.
I know you can have referred pain and that the left should could mean lungs or stomach issues. She had a blood test done and she didn't have blood clot anywhere in her body.
Now; we're wondering if it could be Crohn's. She's not having stomach pain, but some D, weight lose, and the pain where her liver is, which is where I had my pain, so I am not sure if these are signs of Crohn's or something else.
