SO...much!

Hi everyone, as my past posts have said, my doctor and I are having trouble recovering myself from my last flare. After my colonoscopy, My doctor had me on 50 Mg of prednisone, I felt GREAT! I slowly decreased the prednisone and my symptoms began again. I went back to the doctors and now am on 75 Mg of 6 MP(a pill and a half). I will continue with 10 Mg of prednisone until the 6 MP kicks in, my question is, how long did it take you to feel the effects after you began 6 MP. My doctor told me that it could take up to 3 months!!:eek2:

OH! And! He increased my Pentasa to 4500 Mg a day...The limit. Ugh!

I've had crohn for 20 years and I think 6 MP is a very good for crohn.
Your doctor is right, you will see the efects in the long run.
