Well, He is sick of not getting things sorted so at his instigation B will go back on Fortisip only diet for 6-8 weeks and then an elimination diet. He will still be on Pentasa and Aza 50mg as well as trying steroid suppositories. what a start to Year 10 and GCSEs.

I am so proud of him for taking control and facing up to the facts - puts us adults to shame. SO in support as of tonight I will be off wine and rubbish food until he finishes the shakes. Bet he has more willpower than me!!!!

Thank you to you all for replying re allergies, histamine, taste buds etc

Hopefully in a few weeks he will feel better and I may have lsot some weight!:)
 
Really hope he gets everything under control. He sounds like he has real strong character..

What a great kid! It has surprised me how often we realize how strong our kids really are! They really are stars! :medal1:

I hope the exclusive period is the bump he needs to get solidly into remission! :ghug:

Day 1 and he feels better already - i am crossing everything. And I managed day one of no wine or high fat food!!! Yeah Go Me!!

Its neat you're trying to stick with him and eliminate something you enjoy too. You're a Great Mom!
