Sooo spacey

I dont know if its fatigue... brain fog.... medication... or unrelated to my Crohn's at all but goodness i am spaced out lately. I am seriously a space cadet. Spent several minutes frantically looking for my glasses this morning, only to have my 9 year old point out that i was wearing them ..... cant find things.. remember where i put.... super annoying Ugh

I get that way when I'm stressed out and have way too many things on my mind and I also get that way when I am anemic. Have you had your iron checked recently?
