they're working hard in this fields, if they can only find a way to effectively restore and maintain homeostasis in the microbiome maybe we will get somewhere (I know theyv done this in C.diff and some UC patients).

I was just reading about IL17 last night as it is produced by nickel-specific lymphocytes and that coincides with my theory about nickel and Crohn's disease.

Then IL17 and TNFa increase levels of keratinocyte growth factor and the keratinocytes release IL8.
