Spider veins and just extra veiny

The veins around my hips seem more prominent- I have recently had a lot of inflmmation in my joints there-- also my legs seem to have gotten more spider veins and vericose veins. I am starting feel like an ugly troll-- what is going on?? Is this a crohn's thing too??!!
