I received my Humira in the styrofoam box with the cold packs, but I think I might have screwed up. I was keeping the whole thing stored in fridge, without taking the pens' cartons out of the styrofoam box. Is it possible the pens got warm inside the styrofoam since the styrofoam would impede the cold from the fridge from getting to the interior where the pens are actually kept?

I should have taken the cartons out of the styrofoam and put them in the fridge directly when they first arrived in the mail, huh?

I thought I read somewhere the pens can be at room temp up to fourteen days, but I think mine have been stored in styrofoam (with the styrofoam in the fridge) for about fifteen days, because I was supposed to take it yesterday but forgot.
Also there are two pens, one that I was already supposed to take and the second I am supposed to take in another two weeks.

That means the second pen will be even older by the time I use it, and since it might also have warmed up in the fridge...

Those Styrofoam containers weren't that great from what I recall. Did they feel as cold as the fridge when you remembered to remove them? To be on the safe side you can contact the pharmacy that sent them. They should have a 24 hour hotline.

If you read the side of the humira box
It can be stored up t two weeks at room temp .
I would still call though
