Hi, I am not sure if people use this but it came to mind especially as I currently have a grumpy tummy. As you know a little problem with having D a fews times a day is that you get a sore bum, well if Sudocrem can help a little baby's bottom it can certainly help mine! I apply some during the day when I can and then a good dollop before I go to bed and the next morning when I get up every feels fine again 'down there'. This may be common knowledge but I just had to mention it in case someone out there was stuck on what to do. I always make sure to stock up when I have a colonoscoy booked :)

There's a great ointment here in the U.S. called Calmoseptine. That's really saved me a few times. I bet it's just the US version of Sudocrem. It's great stuff!

I'm a sudocream superfan and have used it for years. I use it for its antiseptic properties and it does the trick. The only bitch is it tends to stain my underwear.

:Karl: I have never been without calmoseptine ...has saved my butt quite a bit..pun intended.
