Suppositories

I am not sure if this would do better in the treatment thread or here. I went to have acupuncture yesterday. I explained to her that one of the chiropractors that is in the same practice with her thought I could have a fistula or fissure. She was talking about bringing an organic suppository when I come next week. I don't do well with inserting them and I don't feel like my wife does either. Any suggestions?

Personally I wouldn't be putting anything up my bum an acupuncturist gave me, be it organic or not. Just my personal view.

Hi Ron, I use organic coconut oil. If the suppositories are organic don't want to ruin that with a petroleum product.
Aloe Vera gel is helpful also.
Lay on your side with one leg extended and the other with the knee brought up towards your chest and insert the sucker.
My wife enjoys the ritual, can be playful sometimes.

A long time ago they recommended sitz baths for me
