Symptoms at night?

What time do you stop eating or drinking? Hubby doesn't eat or drink after 6pm other wise he will be up all night.

Does this seem to happen after you go to bed? If so, it's a possibility that something you eat before bed maybe helping to cause that. Otherwise, if you wait too long to eat (like we do once in awhile at my house) sometimes your stomach can rebel as well...

Your body has a natural cycle your body clock, it's slows down at night because of sleep pattern, illnesses can get worse respiration slows, heart rate lowers but bugs and illnesses don,t.

The other thing that happens at night is you begin to slow down and begin to relax in order to sleep. At that point, I find that I begin noticing pains, gas, cramping - it's like I've been busy all day and able to ignore them but at night without the distractions, the symptoms begin to be noticeable.

Initially my symptoms were substantially worse at night. Now they are still worse but not as much so. Still not sure why. Part of it is gas pains, some diarrhoea. I have never been told why it is but I would love for it to stop, it means I am generally up every 2-3 hours.
