What kind of test would check for worms or parasites? I have so much diarrhea and weight loss that I just want to rule out something like tape worm.

I did a stool test for C-Diff and bacteria which came back negative.

The results don't say anything about parasites though. I think ill ask for another that specifically rules out parasites and worms.

Your test

Congrads it came back negative for C-Diff, that's when you start to go down one of those paths where you don't know where youre going and how to get there and if you will make it.

When looking for worms and other intestinal parasites, doctors order "Stool for O and P x3" = 3 stool samples examined for ova (eggs) and parasites.

Usually 3 random stool samples are examined; this means you bring in 3 different samples. The reason for three is it increases the sensitivity of the test.

No, I'm guessing they're all to check for parasites. Even if the doctor is checking for other things, they can divide the sample into 2 or more parts for different tests.
