HAS anyone else done this Study ???? THIS IS A AMERICAN PROJECT DOING DNA check of your POO...its a cool study. I think everyone should You may get a better understanding whats in your gut and why your having problems. I did it below our my results
As you see from my posts Im not into the standard treatment( MY SAYING YOUR ALWAYS GET WHAT YOU GOT IF YOU ALWAYS DO WHAT YA DONE)-- Ive been bashed , by docs etc yet im fine and feel good.. ive done almost every test .. My goal was to change my gut make up...documenting my life for 2 years..antifungals,, food- low sugar, low starch and tons of veggies fats nuts and fish chicken meats..
My gut bacteria has changed alot , and my sickness has changed . I did this study below its 99.00 bucks but they tell you your make up
I did this-- my make up results are below!!!.. Im sure I ll hear some bashing BUT I like to let people see things, make your own opinion people with inflammation have more Firmicutes bacteria i have a low amount
If you google Genus Akkermansia bacteria and studies the avg person has 3 to 5 percent.. When this is low you have a low gut barrier- tested in mice and you get diseases and type 2 diabetes.. when its high there s no diabetes, to me diabetes and crohns are similar as many in my family tree had one or the other (type 2)
I can show all of my great plans lab results from a year ago my bacteria was low
in many areas of protective bacteria- be happy to provide it
my results I did this after one year of trying to fix my gut diet food massive probiotics.....Im pretty happy!!! when you google each TODAY I AM good
everone say I cant say im cured ...i sure feel so.. Im in better shape then my friends who dont have crohns now...I may just be lucky i dont know , i think im on to something
