I thought it might be good motivation for us all to see some of the hurdles we've overcome recently, whether small or monumental.
I played drum set for a local school musical pit orchestra every night this week. Each session is between two and three hours and I really missed playing. I had a seton placed last month, and for those of you who aren't familiar with drums, try searching for "drum throne" to see what kind of feat this is for me. I am thankful to finally feel well enough to sit for so long, play again, and be able to prep well enough that all the sitting and pedal activity doesn't make me sorry I made the commitment.
OK, your turn. A little positive motivation can hopefully go a long way!
