My doc is recommending TPN for treatment of a recurring abscess with possible fistula. I have been on flagyl and cipro for the past month and every time I have tried to stop the antibiotics the abscess comes right back. The abscess is located near my ostomy site, which has active crohn's. I have also recently tried Imuran which gave me bout of pancreatitis. I have done Regicide and Humira with no luck in the past. My doc had started me on Entivio when the abscess flared so we had to stop.
