i havent specifically tried a yeast free diet but i have tried a gluten free diet which in most cases is yeast free anyways and have seen tons of improvement. my tests for celiac were negative but my doctor says that alot of people who have crohn's or UC and have negative tests for celiac and do decide to try a gluten free diet anyways tend to improve quite a bit with their symptoms.

I also tested negative for Celiac.Maybe I'll try Gluten free and see what happens. Are you also on a dairy free diet?

I'm gluten-free at the moment but I end up getting yeast in the breads I'm eating. Gluten-free bread isn't half bad, and I have several recipes for it. I hadn't heard of going yeast free, but I suppose it's something to try. I'd like to hear what other people's experiences are, if they cut out yeast as well.

for the most part i'm dairy free as well. i do eat some yogurt but i eat it sparingly and drink stuff like soy milk instead. cheese definetly gives me a hard time though and bread gives me a hard time as well so i consume minimal amounts of yeast and no gluten and it has worked wonders. hopefully it will help you too.

Gluten free bread doesn't suit as it has corn. I've noticed that corn starch is worst than wheat for me. I'm trying to find only rice bread without yeats but it seems there aren't any out there!!!

I also noticed that when I eat flat bread (a staple in my country) it's easier on the digestion than western kinds of bread. Maybe because it has less yeast....

I am gluten and yeast free. There is a recipe someone in my SCD book for bread, I just haven't gotten around to making it. So right now, no breads for me.

I am allergic to corn, so I am finding this a problem as well with being wheat-free. Corn flour or starch is in a lot of gluten-free items.

i dont really eat anything with any grain base even if it is corn or rice. if you need fiber or carbs try potatoes fruit and vegetables boiled or steamed. almost my entire diet is chicken, fish, turkey, sometimes pork loin, vegetables (green beans, sweet peas, some broccoli, some aspargus, sometimes random boiled squash), fruit (i live on pineapple and bananas), some potatoes (sweet and white baking), and some yogurt and soy milk sparingly. works well for me.

Marhaba gihelp. Where are you from?

I'm now trying the SCD and having good results with it. Are you on it too?
