Undiagnosed, but pretty sure

Hello everybody,
I think I have Crohn as well. I had all the Crohn symptoms until now and on Monday I am undergoing a colonoscopy to check it for sure.
My last flare up started in January. And it is still on. Some canker sores, some painful abdominal points, some fatigue in the morning. Drug free until now. Gluten, sugar, alcohol, smoking free too.
There is a smart story: if everybody would put his problems in a bag and show it to the world, then everybody would take his bag back. I stay on the bright side!

If I may know, what are the tests that you have undergone till now and what are their results?

Just some blood tests which showed inflammation. A bunch of symptoms instead.
