Update and Another Question

I spoke with the doctor who did my colonoscopy. He said my issues are mostly from IBS, constipation, and certain medicines I take. He said I could have a motility issue. He said I don't have IBD; and IBD would not be "focal active colitis."

Also, does Crohn's have to have granulomas or architectural distortion?

I have an appointment with my regular GI doctor.

as to your question, granulomas are not always found in biopsies of CD patients. If I remember correct, only in between 10 and 30% of CD patients have granulomas.

Have you ever tried a FODMAP diet? It may be of good help for IBS.
