Thought I'd post about my recent updates on me returning to my first doctor.
I had my first visit on June 5 and it didnt go as bad as I thought it would. He reviewed my file (my papers did not arrive) so he did not have much to look at, he prescribed me VSL#3 and said come back in 10 days. I took it as instructed, it didnt do much good. On my second visit June 19 he had all my reports and noticed that they all pretty much said "unremarkable findings". He was surprised at the amount of tests I had went through and still was suffering. He asked me to stop my Salofalk just to see how I will feel, and said as soon as I start feeling bad to let him know. This has been two days and my tummy is starting to feel icky again and my BM's are softening more and more. I booked an appt with him on Tuesday in case I get worse.
To be honest I was very surprised with my second visit, He was very nice to me and said we will try to get to the bottom of this and explained that sometimes you can have symptoms of crohns even when there is no inflammation showing. I have another Colonoscopy scheduled in September so we will have to wait and see.
I am really crossing my fingers that this doctor will be able to help me or at least monitor me until we actually find something.
Something has to go right sometimes.
