So I'm a 17 year old female, i've been dealing with inflamed intestines for about three years. I took a trip to the E.R. today as the pain was unbearable after waiting for the pain to ease up only for the pain to worsen. I was constipated earlier today luckily I was about to have a bowel movement before going to the hospital, though I'm finding it very difficult and painful to urinate still. Once I was admitted I explained to the e.r. Doc that my last doctor had been quite sure I was suffering from Crohns I hadnt gotten the colonoscopy yet though. They took a urine test, it was clean. Blood tests, normal. I was given a shot of Morphine, it didnt help I was then given a pain killer called dialuade (I'm unfamiliar with this medication and unable to spell it sorry) I was given and IV to rehydrate then I was given a catscan only to confirm what I knew, my intestines were inflamed in several spots as usual. They referred me to a specialist which I'm making an appointment tomorrow. I went home throwing up like crazy with awful diarrhea the hospital gave me nothing for pain or anything else for that matter which is fine, but my problem still exists I cant pee without it hurting and the hospital doctors offered no answers as to why peeing hurt me, anyone else suffer from this? Like I said several tests were done and no infection was found so why does it still hurt to pee?
