You guys were great helping me adjust the timing my meds when I went on antibiotics, so I thought I would ask about valium and muscle relaxants. For non-Crohn's reasons I am on valium for the next three days, followed by a week or possibly two of muscle relaxants (flexeril / cyclobenzaprine) ie, won't be taking the valium and flexeril at same time which I know is a no-no. First Valium I took with food. Dulled the pain enough that I could sleep for the first time in three days. Second valium I took without food and started feeling queezy within fifteen minutes, so grabbed some crackers to see if that helps. Feels moderately better.
I know both valium and flexeril can have constipating effects, anything you do proactively for that?
