Was just wondering if anybody wears a medical bracelet?
I don't have one but am wondering should I review this situation soon?
Any help?
Thanks..

I really cant see myself needing one. I doubt i'd be incapacitated due to crohns without being able to give some details to someone before passing out. Not on steroids (when i was i kept a card with me) and if I get into an accident that puts me in hospital without being concious then i guess taking my tablets will be the least of my worries :p

I hadn't thought about that. I will ask my gi though as I am going on remicade and I wonder if other emergency medications would react with it ot just the fact that I am immunocomprimised while on it would have some bearing on any emerg treatments.

Of course, I will wait to see if I have some weird reaction to the remicade before investing in any jewellery.

no but i did get one of those bathroom cards

to keep in my wallet and taped my meds to the back. not because i really need Restroom Access Pass (knock on wood) but just in case there something happens there is something in my wallet. but i don't think i need anything that loudly

My arthritis actually worries me more in an emergency cause it can cause the spine to brittle but that's another story
