Hello. I just bought Webber's vitamins and in the bottle there is 50mg of vitamin b6, 125mcg of b12 and 0.4mg of folic acid. I'm not sure how much I need but it says to take two pills a day. Would this be fine or is it too little? Thanks

Anything over 100% daily value is probably too much, regardless of the decisions of the manufacturer to put more in the vitamin. b12 may be an exception, in general more is not always better.

I have had weird experiances with niacin, too much niacin can inhibit a process called autophagy which is a backup defense our body uses to get rid of bacteria that have invaded a human cell, supresses this process can make IBD worse specifically crohn's, where intracellular bacteria are suspected to play a large role in our disease.
Just watch out for niacin I guess.

If you're deficient in vitamin B12 due to Crohn's disease, then that will likely be orders of magnitude too little. Most people with B12 deficiency due to Crohn's need injections.

If you're just looking to get some B vitamins, then I'd get a B complex that has everything.

If you need folic acid because of some med you're on like methotrexate, then you'd likely need much more there as well and your doctor should provide you the exact dose.

Folic acid is synthetic and not bio active. I'd try to go for a company that produces methylfolate. This is the form the body recognizes.
