Vitamin D creams

Has anyone had any success increasing their vitamin D levels through vitamin D cream?

I have supplemented at very high levels and tanned for a year and my levels don't go up much. I'm now hoping that skin absorption may help with D3 directly on skin.

Thanks. I purchased one today 1,000 iu. I saw another that's higher but I wanted to start.

Honestly if my blood levels suddenly pop up I'm thinking this will be the reason because I have tried it all including 50,000 iu twice weekly.

I tried it last it last month but i didn't notice any boast in my Vitamin D level .. i think it isn't effective

Sidhol may I ask what product you tried, and dose? Did you have a blood test done to measure?
