First blood aza ck test on tues... Wondering if I ought to bring it forward?
I was sick 3 times during my Gastroscopy so would really appreciate your thoughts x thank you :) x

I would bring the blood test forward definetely. And I wouldnt take any more Aza. Are you in any pain?

If you are feeling that bad I think you should ring the NHS helpline, or go to A&E.

Thanks for above post. Just some slight upper stomach pain but put that down to the Gastroscopy on fri.
I'm burning hot now but still feel freezing cold:-(
Will phone Nhs direct thank you x

I'm a bit worried about Pancreatitis in your case...you might mention that is one of the possible side effects of Aza.

"Vomiting, lethargic & freezing cold"

These were exactly my symptoms when I was feeling at my worst.
I have since put alot of it down to being anaemic , I had to take iron for quite a few months to get my levels back up and once I did I felt much better.

Spoke to doctor I'm on way to hosp for a blood test now :-( thanks for your advice everyone x

Hi terriernut
Thanks for your post .
I'm waiting to go back into hospital now... Bloods showed It's not pancreatitis but they think I may have a gastric perforation from the Gastroscopy I had on fri due to my fever. Just a waiting game at the minute as no beds available .
Hope you had a pain free wknd!

Hi

At the moment waiting for a resection and started yesterday with vomiting, feel really tired no energy and very emotional. I am on a low residue diet and eating anything that doesnt have a lot of fibre in it. I also have a bad shoulder at the moment very painful so going for physio on it.

I am on immunosuppresants already due to allergies plus anti histamines, anti depressants for migraine, taking buscopan and zantac for the nausea and pain killers for shoulder pain, also blood pressure tablets.

I dont feel hungry much of the time but at leasts "the runs" have stopped for the time being! My husband does not understand and thinks I can just snap out of it! How do you cope with partners that do not understand the obsolute lethargy and how tired you are? Had a bad couple of days and not eaten anything since yesterday morning, couldnt even keep water down and just slept.

Keep thinking "why me" and I will never be "normal" again! I know a lot of you feel the same way, how do you cope with it. I could have had this for years but not known and only had bad problems with this for last 18 months.

Warge
