Has anyone used this probizotic? Can you put it on warm food? They gave ut to me in powder form.

It needs to go into something cold
Warm or hot will kill the good bacteria
Ds uses lemonade to mix it in
It can go in ice cream /yogurt/applesauce /kool aid
Cherry kool aid covers the taste the best

It's clumpy so you will need a whisk to mix it in well

I used it yes. Did strange effect to me like unusual D.
For what i remember instructions were to have it with water far from meals or hot cofee/tea intakes

I used this a long time ago...like 2005. It didn't do anything, even with the prescription strength double dose. Probiotics in general don't do much (anything?) for Crohn's.
