Waiting game

Hey everyone im getting so fed up right now, when im needing to go to the toliet i cant go, i get all the cramps and the pains to say i need to go to the toliet i rush to thr toliet and find i cant go, however go back downstairs to find 5 minutes later im running back up there and can actually go, do anyone experiance this?

hmm..maybe its the exercise running up and down the stairs that is moving it through your bowels? I dont know porter, just a thought.

This happens to me sometimes too, but I don't really know why. I guess sometimes it just needs a little extra time to... fester up or something? lol
