What are constipation dominant crohn's symptoms?
If you could please share your story on your symptoms, how long you had them before being dx with constipation dominant crohn's disease and how you were finally diagnosed I would appreciate it. I am still undiagnosed at this time. I have recently been dx with slow transit constipation using a sitz marker test. I periodically get inflammtion in the eyes and have dry eyes w/plugs placed in the lower tear duct and use restasis up to 4 times a day as well as over the counter eye moisteners. That's just a drop in the bucket of my various symptoms. I had a colonoscopy done this past week that revealed granular muscoa in one section and a polyp. Biopsies were taken. Waiting for the results. My abdomen hurts and has hurt for a very long time. My endoscopy shows that the esophagitis and gastritis are under control using nexium, however the reflux is not under control and the tonsils and uvula remain inflammed and red. Biopsies have been taken and am awaiting the results.
