What could this be

So Over the weekend I had my sister's wedding and a few days before that I felt like a million buck's plenty of energy all day good appetite all that.

Now for a bit of background I was on pred till last wednesday the 9th of November stopped the pred had 1 bad day on thursday then Fri/Sat/Sun Amazing day's full of bean's not much output into my colostomy bag all that jazz. On Monday I woke up felt great and had my first dose of methotraxate.
Well after a few hour's started feel like dog doo doo then was nauseous all day ended puking at 9.30 that night and have felt tired/confused/loos of apetite and pain in my lower abdomen and what seems like bone pain in my shins and yes I did take folic acid before I took my first dose of methotraxate.
I spoke to the IBD team at the hospital I was at for my surgery and they said to keep taking folic acid and keep talking the methotraxate.
My question is can this be Methotraxate side effects a flare or steroid withdrawal. I just don't understand and am upset with going from feeling like a million bucks to feeling like complete crap again within the space of 12 hour's Or am I dehydrated from the methotraxate I just feelp so down right now cause I was feeling so good over the last few week's day's then this after poping a pill I don't know what to think anymore also I was meant to go for a weekend away now this

I had steroid withdrawal when i stopped taking it. I was on it for 8 months, but tapered and stayed on 1 pill for most of that time. Still had a horrible time stopping though. Felt like i had flu, aching and sore all over, bad fatigue, huge headaches, nausia, the whole lot. It did get better and stop after 3 or 4 days, nausia was about 2 weeks. Maybe its that and a new med?
