Been on pred, pentasa, azathiaprine, buesonide(or a word like that!), nothings worked so far. I'm in a lot of pain right now and I just need something to work.
If you're on a constant drug now that is working, what is it and what are the side effects?

Thanks!

Been diagnosed for a year, 16 years old, in pain.

My personal successful drug list is: Budesonide, Azathioprine, and Humira. I see that 2 of these haven't worked for you though.

Humira is working beautifully for me. I have no side effects at all. Though there is a tiny, rare, possibility of developing an infection of tuberculosis or other fatal infections. This is very rare though and measures are taken before commencing treatment to be sure these possibilities are as low as possible. Biologic drugs like Humira, Remicade, and Cimizia can be very successful in patients who have failed treatments like Aza, Pentasa, etc.
Hopefully people will come along with more suggestions for you :)
