I just bought a dietary supplement nutirtion drink powder. It is organic and is made by Amazing Grass( this is the company). I got it at whole foods.

I was thinking about adding some fruit to it( in my blender). I mean I have eaten bananas so I know that is ok for me. Someone on here mentioned berries( blueberries, raspberries)?? Are these safe? I mean they have all those little seeds in them, wouldn't those irritate or cause issues in the intestines? I always had that belief that the little seeds could get caught in the appendix or something and cause issues. I may be wrong.

What fruits seem to be safe to add to a smoothie nutrition drink??

The answer to this question is really dependant on you. if you can normally tolerate it, then put it in. Otherwise, blending it isn't going to be much different to digestion than eating it whole except breaking up the skins a little more.

I'd say that's a personal desicion. We all have certain foods that we just can't do.

I eat banana's, apples, blueberries, pineapple without any issues.

I use bananas, apples, pears, and peaches. I echo the others who say it depends on the person and you need to experiment with what works for you.
