When to be concerned?

I have a stricture. Well they suspect I do. They saw it months ago when diagnosing me. This is the same area where my camera pill got stuck...

It hurts every day, especially before/during/after going to the restroom.
At what point should I be concerned?

They haven't, I am not sure they took me seriously the last time I spoke with them and told them it still hurts in that area. I think I'm only noticing it more atm because of the problem I'm going though with my Remicade.

Remicade is not good for treating strictures caused by scarring (There really isn't a drug that will help if it's due to scarring.)

If I'm flaring, my strictures are always painful. Walking can be difficult and moving can hurt too.

Any idea where the stricture is?
