Hi,
All medicines for crohn have no effect, I would like to try cannabis, I heard good.

which is the most suitable strain for an aggressive Crohn?

High CBD strains are good. The only one I have been able to try is Cannatonic. I have made both a tincture and oil out of it. It really seemed to help. Unfortunately my source of it got busted, and I haven't found anyone else who has high CBD Ned's. I don't like the feel of most of the other strains I have tried. It's a little too much for me.

Depends on what you want out of your treatment. If you're looking for symptom management/relief on a multiple-times-a-day basis, you should either go for a strong sativa (if you don't mind being high all day), which gives you a heady, more focused effect and tends to not make people sleepy... orrr a high CBD/CBD dominant strain, such as Sour Tsunami, Charlotte's Web or Cannatonic as listed above. These will all reduce inflammation, motivate you and can help with anxiety/depression in some people, without giving the stereotypical stoned lethargy.

If you're having a particularly Crohn's-y day and want straight pain relief, Indica heavy strains are the way to go. Anything with "purple," "kush," or "blueberry" in the name is generally going to be Indica. Be warned that these almost always cause a body heavy high and can make some people verrrry sleepy. Don't use these if you have plans to accomplish throughout the day.
