Don't really get what they are trying to say, I don't even understand their conclusion. I get what they're saying but what the point of comparing UC with crohn's disease based on a T cell response is I really don't understand. Why would you lump these diseases together based on T cell responses, hundreds of diseases produce a Th1 response in the intestine, both autoimmune and infectious diseases, and we don't lump them together either, they're different disease, stop trying to find ways to bunch them together please, it's pointless.
