I've had a colonoscopy and gastroscopy and they came back clear, I'm going for a CT Scan next week.

Will the doctors be able to see inflammation in my small intestine through a CT Scan?

Thanks!

Yes a CT scan should show any wall thickening (inflammation or scar tissue) if there is any in the small intestine. Over the years though just try to keep your CT scans limited as they do give off a lot of radiation (opt for an MRI whenever possible unless its an emergency situation). Keep us posted on the results. :)
