Worried again

Well my heart is sinking - feeling that "please no" run through my head again and again. This is Andrew's 2nd day off school with a really sore tummy.
I know that sounds a bit paranoid, but it feels wrong. He looks so tired and down. The pain is right where he had it 2 years ago before diagnosis. I know there is a tummy bug going round, but he has no diarrhea and no nausea. None of the symptoms others are getting.
Don't understand it, his bloods and faecal calprotectin are great. Don't know what could be causing it!:ybatty:

I totally know that feeling and it's so understandable, I hope that it is just a stomach bug, I know there have been a lot going around!

sascot I hope its just a virus.... always worry. I have Kian off today as he was vomiting last night and totally drained today, I worry with him on the mxt so emailed ibd nurse just to be on the safe side. Hope it passes for Andrew soon and its nothing to worry about. xx

How's he doing? My daughter (who does not have crohns), had a really bad stomach ache for 2 days but no D or vomiting..

Every time my son gets a stomach ache, my heart sinks..hoping for a virus!

Stomach virus (I hope that's all) has visited our house today. M woke up vomiting and has had D twice today. She said she hurts all over.

Thanks everyone. With a sigh of relief i sent Andrew off to school today. Seems a lot better, maybe he just was lucky and had the tummy bug without the vomiting and toilet trips! Hope all you others with tummy bugs get better soon
