worried.. new meds.. one being ciprofloxacin
Hey everyone...
I went to the doc today. ended up coming out with even more meds.
My home nurse came in to check my vitals, and left earlier today, stating she'd be back at the end of the week to repeat a vitals check. But I'm scared, and i dont want to be a pest to them. I'm thinking it may just be an irrational fear here.
So... I'm suposed to be starting Ciprofloxacin, and I read all of the pamplet that comes with it, and it specificly states not to take if i'm currently taking prednisone. (which i am..).. and about 75% of that page states either something i'm on (not to take with), or something I have (tendon/joint swelling, inflammation, (one cyst is in under my knee cap so i have massive issues there), or something I'm experiencing (such as rapid heart rate (tacha-something), stomach cramps/pain, bloody stool (was the last time I had a bm, but currently am on the plugged up side), and then the side effects of when to contact your doctor immediately with - about 60% of those i am already experiencing, so what's the best way to be sure that once i start taking this med, that it couldn't be caused by this med? and something about even if i finish it, it can still be affecting me months from now?
