Wth!?

I'm so confused about my disease.
I had my third colonoscopy and endoscopy today and everything is clear !
but yet my sed rate is 81 and i have abdominal pain
the doctors are now sayin i may not have crohns ?
im so confused cause just 3 weeks ago everything was there.
they said that the steroids could have cleared it out and caused me to be stable.
now they have to do a pill cam on monday and check out my gallbladder today!
wish me luck
