hi guys, anyone tried this out? Ive been struggling with my diet for years now, tried an exclusion diet buts its just killing me not been able eat out, have few drinks etc..

I tyoyed with the idea a while back.... but at the end of the day i basically new which foods i handle and which i couldnt... i figured it wouldnt make much of a difference someone else telling me i had an intolerance to it.... i think the trick is to be as disciplined as possible about your diet.. without killing yourself... and stick to what you know is good for you ... its a funny thing... the more i eat of the good stuff after a while i can actually eat some of the not so good stuff..in moderation of course....

Also of course it will set you back a couple of hundred euro for the full test too was also a deciding factor.....
